Crystal Del Toro

Crystal Del Toro is a dedicated attorney at The Buzbee Law Firm, where she has been serving since June 2014. With a profound understanding of the personal and professional hardships that accidents can cause, Crystal is committed to helping families recover after serious and often fatal accidents. During her time at the University of Houston Law Center, Crystal gained valuable experience working as a clerk for the Hidalgo County District Attorney’s Office and the Honorable Judge Rudy Delgado at the 93rd District Court for Hidalgo County. She also had the opportunity to work with a prominent personal injury law firm. Additionally, Crystal served as a student attorney in the UHLC Immigration Clinic, specializing in asylum applications for victims of torture, persecution, domestic violence, human trafficking, and other forms of injustice.

Crystal has successfully handled a wide range of catastrophic personal injury cases throughout her career. Her areas of expertise include commercial vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, oilfield and maritime injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, sexual abuse, defective pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, home explosions, and complex commercial and contractual disputes.  Crystal continues to make a difference in the lives of her clients and is dedicated to achieving successful outcomes for them

Born and raised in McAllen, Texas, Crystal is deeply connected to her community in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas-Pan American, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2010. Crystal went on to obtain her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2013.

Crystal is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and is an active member of professional associations such as the State Bar of Texas, American Association for Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Bar Association, and Mexican American Bar Association of Houston.
