Kayla Irvin is proud to serve as a determined advocate for those who have been injured due to the negligence of others. As a native Houstonian and attorney at The Buzbee Law Firm, she handles all aspects of civil litigation, passionately fighting for clients in courtrooms across Texas and across the United States.

Before joining The Buzbee Law Firm, Kayla gained extensive experience representing injured individuals, rising from pre-litigation attorney to supervising attorney at a personal injury firm in Houston, where she played a key role in developing firm procedures and maximizing client satisfaction. Kayla then turned to litigation, sharpening her skills as a trial attorney at a boutique law firm handling complex motor vehicle and commercial trucking cases, contractual disputes, and catastrophic injury claims. These experiences have underscored the importance of guiding clients through the legal process with clarity and compassion, a commitment Kayla is eager to uphold as she continues advocating for those in need.

Kayla earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 2019 after completing her undergraduate studies at Southwestern University, where she was a team captain on the softball team. She brings the same discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit from the field into the courtroom, relentlessly pursuing the best possible outcome for her clients.
